SPEAKING & WORKSHOPS FOR SCHOOLS AND ORGANIZATIONS
Go beyond the surface.
Create conversations that actually change something.
Interactive talks and workshops for schools, parent communities, leadership teams, and organizations that want more than another list of strategies.
01 — THE WORK STARTS UNDERNEATH
INSIGHT BEFORE INSTRUCTION
People don't change because they were given more information.
They change when something helps them see themselves differently.
My workshops are designed to create that kind of shift. We look beneath the behavior; to the beliefs, protective patterns, stress responses, expectations, and internal pressures shaping how people lead, parent, perform, and relate.
02 — WHO I WORK WITH
TWO SETTINGS. ONE THROUGH-LINE
Whether I'm working with parents or professionals, the question is often the same: what are we carrying that we don't realize we're carrying?
The content changes with the audience, but the work consistently helps people move from automatic reaction toward greater awareness, resilience, connection, and intentional action.
Schools & Parent Communities
Programs for parents navigating adolescence, college transitions, pressure, achievement, independence, emotional regulation, and the challenge of caring deeply without over-carrying.
Companies & Leadership Teams
Workshops for leaders and teams focused on self-awareness, stress, resilience, communication, over-functioning, confidence, mindset, and healthier ways of leading under pressure.
Custom Groups & Retreats
Facilitated sessions for leadership off-sites, school communities, professional groups, and organizations that want a more reflective, experiential approach.
THE DIFFERENCE
“The most useful question usually isn't ‘What should I do?’ It's ‘What gets stirred up in me when this happens?’”
03 — WHY THIS FEELS DIFFERENT
LESS PERFORMANCE. MORE SELF-AWARENESS.
The work is practical, but it doesn't stay on the surface.
Most audiences already know a lot. Parents have read the books. Leaders have heard the frameworks. The missing piece is often not knowledge, but awareness of the internal patterns that take over under pressure.
I combine clinical insight, coaching, mindfulness, leadership experience, and experiential reflection to help people understand not only what they do, but why they do it, what it costs, and what becomes possible when they respond differently.

05 — ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
THERAPIST · EXECUTIVE COACH · FORMER CORPORATE PROFESSIONAL
I understand both the internal work and the environments where people are expected to perform.
My background spans psychotherapy, executive coaching, corporate finance, leadership development, mindfulness, and experiential work. That combination allows me to speak to high-achieving audiences without flattening complex human behavior into another productivity framework.
I create sessions that are thoughtful, engaging, and grounded in real life, whether I'm speaking with a room of parents trying to support their teenagers or a leadership team trying to function more effectively under pressure.
