THERAPY FOR BUSINESS OWNERS & PROFESSIONALS

01 — YOU MAY RECOGNIZE THIS
WHEN YOU'RE THE ONE EVERYONE RELIES ON

You're good at handling things.
That's part of the problem.

At work, you anticipate problems, make decisions, keep things moving, and carry responsibility other people may never see. And it doesn't stay at work. The same vigilance, pressure, and need to hold everything together can follow you home.

The strategies that helped you succeed may be asking too much of you now.

Competence, control, self-sufficiency, and staying two steps ahead rarely appear out of nowhere. They often developed for good reasons. Therapy creates room to understand what those strategies have protected, what they have cost, and whether you still need them in the same way.

02 — THE PERSON UNDERNEATH THE ROLE

COMPETENCE HAS A HISTORY

Responsibility

You notice what needs to happen and take care of it before anyone else has to ask.

Control

Delegating can feel harder than doing it yourself, especially when the stakes feel high.

Self-Sufficiency

Being the person who needs something can feel far less comfortable than being the person who provides it.

THIS ISN'T A CRITIQUE OF AMBITION

“The goal isn't to make you less driven. It's to understand what your drive has been carrying.”

03 — BENEATH THE VISIBLE PROBLEM

WHEN BUSINESS SOLUTIONS AREN'T ENOUGH

The business problem may be visible. The pattern underneath it may be personal.

Systems, delegation, coaching, and strategy can solve real business problems. But they may not change the internal pressure that makes it difficult to trust, let go, tolerate uncertainty, disappoint someone, or believe things can be okay without your constant involvement.

That's where therapy becomes different. We can look at the pattern underneath the problem, not just how to manage it more efficiently.

04 — WHAT WE MIGHT EXPLORE

THE WORK BENEATH THE WORK

Trusting without constantly checking

Rescuing versus developing others

Professional performance and self-worth

Who you are when you're not producing

Delegating without taking it back

Control and tolerance for uncertainty

Boundaries, resentment, and responsibility

Who you are when you're not needed

05 — WHY WORK WITH ME

THERAPIST · COACH · FORMER CORPORATE PROFESSIONAL

A woman with shoulder-length brown hair smiling while sitting on a beige armchair in a cozy, well-lit room with decorative plants, books, and a candle in the background.

You won't need to spend your sessions translating that world for me.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than a decade in corporate finance. I understand high-pressure environments, performance expectations, complex personalities, and what it means to be rewarded for being capable.

That background matters here. We can talk about the business, the leadership role, and the decisions you're carrying while also paying attention to the person underneath all of it.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and an ICF Professional Certified Coach. In therapy, our focus is on the emotional and psychological factors influencing how you lead and respond to pressure. Coaching, which I offer separately, is generally more focused on present-day development, choices, and goals. The business provides important context, but the focus of therapy remains on you.

I provide in-person therapy in Atlanta and virtual therapy to clients throughout Georgia. My coaching services are offered Nationally.

06 — DEPTH & DRIVE

A DIFFERENT RELATIONSHIP WITH ACHIEVEMENT

You don't have to choose between depth and drive.

You can continue building, leading, and achieving without everything depending on you. Therapy can help you understand the patterns beneath the pressure so your ambition doesn't have to cost you your relationships, your peace, or yourself

INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY IN GEORGIA

Keep the ambition.
Change what it costs you.

If you're ready to understand what's happening underneath the pressure, we can start there.
